Engineered walnut flooring, herringbone pattern, satin oil finish. Victorian tiled flooring with brass trim all around. Bespoke kitchen in a contemporary shaker style, all hand painted. Solid & veneered American white oak, hand oiled with satin dark stain finish. Brass trims meeting Carrara marble, honed finish throughout. Induction hob with hob extraction. Instant boiled & filtered water tap. inSinkErator sink waste. Sink tap & fittings all custom colour with lacquer finish. Integrated fridge/freezer and larder unit. LED lighting custom made and integrated into bespoke joinery. All controlled via smart phone. Main lights are also controlled via smart phone as well as traditional light switches. Tongue & Groove soft wood, hand painted finish. Bar area includes antique aged mirror, toughened glass shelves, brass and American white oak, stained & hand oiled.
